Gratitude is an attitude is an expression you've maybe heard before! ;-)
This Free Gratitude Circle is created to bring gratitude in our hearts. Gratitude is often associated with happiness, feeling good, being able to deal with difficulties, health improvement, having strong relationships & so much more! The more we practice gratitude, the more it influences our lives in a beautiful surprising way!
When we practice gratitude together, we create a very powerful energetic field that is also healing. It doesn't matter how you feel or what has been going on in your life. You are welcome, just as you are. Everyone is welcome!
I felt called to organize this circle. The specifics of this circle will come to me in the next weeks.
But what I can already tell you, is that you can expect a lovely, guided gratitude meditation!
Make sure you have time for yourself and you won't be interrupted or bothered by someone else or your phone. It's always nice if you have some earphones to be completley in the experience.
This Collective Gratitude Circle will be between 30 minutes & 1 hour. So, reserve an hour to be sure.

Feel free to invite friends & family if you think they would enjoy this meditation, too. Don't forget: everyone individually needs to sign up to be able to join.
