What does it mean to love yourself or to be connected to yourself?

These are words we hear so often but what do they mean? They sound so abstract!

Simultaneously, it's always easier said than done, to love yourself!

That's why we make it specific in this gathering! We will give ourselves some flowers & clear out the energies that are preventing us from loving ourselves.

We will talk about how we can take care of ourselves and we will clear deeply rooted programming of not loving yourself out of your system.

This gathering will end with a powerful, musical, self love breathwork session!
