Last week, I almost decided to stop. I thought, "If I am in this in-between phase and don't have much clarity myself right now, why would I continue writing to people?" I considered taking a break from my newsletters. I also feared that people might get bored with me being in this state.
Then, I received beautiful reactions from some of you - people appreciating that I take all of you with me in this process, and messages from people experiencing similar feelings.
That made me realize that I can just keep writing my newsletters. I enjoy writing them. I believe that the people who are meant to stick around will do so, and we will journey together into the unknown until the known becomes clear.
As I mentioned, I want to take you on this transformation journey with me. So, I want to share with you some of the things I do, even though I don't know what to do đ¤Ş
I decided to do a "say goodbye" ritual. I chose the last Full Moon, always a good time to release whatever needs releasing. I energetically cleared the space, played my beautiful Buffalo drum, tuned in, and wrote down everything I want to let go of.
I also wrote down everything I am grateful for that I have experienced in my business up until now: the people I've helped, whose lives were changed because of working with me, my wonderful clients, the interesting interactions, the failures and the lessons that came with it, the freedom - so much gratitude!!! I filled pages and pages with it.
So much gratitude, but also grief because, even though I know something new and beautiful is being born and the future holds beauty and freedom too, it's not easy to let go of the older version of my work.
But it felt good to give it space, to write it down, to honor it. Then it was time to burn it. My husband joined me, and together we burned our papers with things we wanted to let go of.
I felt the energies change intensely after that.
Little rituals like these might seem as if they don't do much, but a lot is happening in the energetic and spiritual realm.
